Important Dates for June 3, 2008 Primary Candidates
Signature in lieu of filing:
Open December 28 – February 21
Judges: Signature in lieu of filing – Open December 28 – February 6
Judges – Declaration of Intention -
Open January 28 – February 6. During this period Judges will have to pay their filing fee.
Nominations –
Open February 11 – March 7. Every candidate has to file nomination papers.
Notes: Candidates do not have to file signatures in lieu. They may pay the entire filing fee when it is due. Judges are the only individuals that must file both the Declaration of Intention and the Nomination Petition.
